Diatomaceous Earth

Anyone know this stuff? The food grade stuff is supposed to have a myriad of benefits such as improved digestion, toxin removal etc etc...

i worked in animal health company and this was sold to kill bugs by drying them out, it is basically safe to eat but damage the lungs in inhalation causing silicosis.

it is basically 90 perecent silica, the same stuff in the little keep dry pouches.

i wouldn't eat it thou, can't imagine it does anything.

also it comes straight out the ground, so food grade in essence will be the same as the stuff used to kill bed bugs..
