Hi all,

I used to row a lot, did a few marathons and enjoyed using the rower, where is the best place currently to buy a re-conditioned one?

I've seen a company which refurbishes them for £650 ish but wondered if this was a good price or not?

I'm happy with a C model and a PM2.

Dave!

Indoor Sport Services have a sale section here:

Other than that it's ebay or the small ads.

I'm considering getting one as well. Using the Model D aty teh gym 3 - 4 times a week atthe moment and loving it but will see if I'm still as enthusiastic in a few months time first.

Given the price of second hand ones I'd probably just get a new Model D.

I just picked up a new one with the PM4 computer for £1050. For the sake of a few hundred quid I didn't think it was worth risking a pre-used.

Yes the second hand prices are great but unless you are happywith an older model it makes far more sense to buy new.

There are even sellers on ebay trying to flog lightly used ones for more than the cost of a brand new one from Concept 2 themselves!
