Are you sure it is hay fever?

Could be pets, dust mites, new carpet or paint, mould, dirty car air con, anti perspirant, airborne pollution, sinus infection etc.

You may have a point Kev, i do have allergies to everything.
This though only started about 3 years ago, usually starting April/May, usually stopping October-ish.
I will give it another couple of weeks and see if it stops, could be down to the decent weather we are having, keeping pollen and tree stuff around.
