Anyone else showing all the symptoms and not reported? Given that there's no cure and you can't go to surgery or hospital...what the hell do you do?

Thanks for that! Yuk! Finally got good nights sleep, feeling better. Question now is do I eat whatever I feel like or stick to the boring toast? That was truly horrible and more needs to be done about it, I can't even find anywhere to report it so presumably lots and lots of cases go unreported and therefore it's not a priority.

Diluted lemonade helps and sweets it will all be over in a few days and then you can eat like a pig. Horrible bug. Why is there no way of killing it?
There is, bleach works a treat.
There's apparently a vaccine in the works, but not through clinical trials yet. As for actually treating it, in common with other viruses, it's not very easy to kill with drugs once in your system.
I caught this back in August.
Came home 8pm Sat night and threw up about 4 times, then stopped throwing up.
Unfortunately my arse decided it was it's time in the limelight and for the next 36 hours I was in the en-suite every 15-20 mins without fail.
On the plus side I lost 7lb in 36 hours!
Horrible experience.

I believe the only method of contacting the virus is via the mouth so not airborne etc.
Going to a conference today where there will be buffet lunch... wish me luck.
Also heard a few more from another department now down with the virus too. Apparently as individuals can't get doctors letter it's hard for them to get days off so most just come to work while ill!
