Elbow Pain, Pins and Needles in Hand...
Discussion
I was diagnosed with Anconeous Syndrome (sp?) a few days ago and am due to start physio and ultrasound treatment soon, but some sites I have read suggest ultrasound is an unknown factor in treatment. Does anyone have any experience of this? From what I can see its similar to Cubital Tunnel - my consultant said it was rare but I can't find a great deal of info about it online. Anyway, does anyone have any knowledge of what I can do, or what to avoid to aid healing? Should I be bracing or splinting my elbow? Or if there is any possibility of a surgical repair if the physio fails? These are all things I should have asked my consultant really...
Edit: Also any advice of what lifting I can still feasibly do without creating more damage would be great, no weights in 6 months is making me grumpy...
