So I'm standing in the corner of my kitchen, waiting for microwave to go ding, getting bored put my hands on worktops 90 degrees to each other and lift my whole body up, could only do 15 seconds at first now up to 1 minute, it's easier to do if you back is into the corner of the worktops but hey I like the challenge.

It seems to strengthen the wrists as they are 90 approx degrees to the worktop and the forearms shoulders and triceps maybe more.

Are their any other muscles been used and what type of exercise would this be? Apart from kitchen exercise smile

It's an isometric exercise. Instead lean forward palms down on edge of the counter at a 45 degree angle and do slow pressups.

Two chairs back-to-back, slightly wider than shoulder width apart. Ideal for doing dips.

2 bowls, back to back. One salsa one cheese. Ideal for tortilla dips.
