For the last few months or so I have been feeling so tired beyond belief. I have changed as much as I can in daily routine trying to find the cause. I haven't drank alcohol in months, I eat at least 8 portions of fruit and veg a day, been tracking my minerals on MFP to ensure I am getting enough of everything (iron etc). Don't touch any refined sugar (even taken it to the extreme of baking my own bread making my own granola and ketchup to avoid it). Even gave up drinks aspartame as some link that to fatigue, although its probably bks.

I sleep well, usually fall asleep within 10 mins of lying down, don't wake that often in the night. Get between 6 and 7 hours a night. I exercise regularly.

Its not fatigue form too much exercise I am sure. The only other thing it could be is I have been taking sertraline for anxiety for a few months. Only a fairly small dose. When I first started on it it made me very drowsy but that passed quickly with all the other side effects. I guess it could be that.

Suppose it is time to go and see the quack. Any other ideas? Is it just the time of year, SAD etc?

Maybe you are not getting enough sleep?

When i ONLY get 6-7 hrs good undisturbed sleep per night i'm constantly knackered. I need 8-8.5 hrs to feel refreshed all day.

I would - sooner rather than later. Permanent tiredness can (stress the word 'can') be a symptom of the body exerting huge energy to fight something or other that seldom will be sorted on its on.
