Free NHS Health Check

I've been offered and am having a free NHS health check. Anyone had one and what does it check? I have to pee in a little tube as well.

The cynic in me says that given it is free and done by the NHS it wont involve much. I guess weighing you, measuring your height, checking BP, checking your blood sugar and a pee test. You'll probably have to fill in a questionnaire asking you how much you drink and smoke too.

It was pretty much that. They are looking for the basics. It seems I am very fit
