Bit of advice needed.

I went on a friends stag do about 9 days ago. Part of this involved zorb football ( google it..), which was fun, but knackering. Part of the cool down afterward was a normal game of football. Having survived the zorb element, I managed to fall ass over tit of my own volition, landing quite hard on my chest. I am rubbish at sport, but Nevermind...

Felt bruised for a few days, thought nothing of it. However, for the last week or so,I can't sit up, yawn, cough or sneeze without a sharp pain in my chest, same point every time. I thought the brusing would have gone by now?

What's got me worried today, was a particually violent sneeze ( have a bit of a cold), which caused my chest to click, followed by a bit of girly whimpering.

My boss thinks I'd really know about it of I'd have broken a rib, so I've assumed it's just bruised. Should I go too the doctors/ hospital, or just ride it out for another week or so? I've heard there is nothing you can do with a rib Injury anyway.

Sounds like a bruised rib, sore muscles and Cartilage, take some ibuprofen.
Sore bibs can take weeks to heal.

Ibuprofen helps, though I'm taking it sparingly.

I'll stop worrying about it, and see how it is in a week then.

I broke a rib or two with a fence post and a mountain bike once. Had trouble breathing and coughed a lot. But the docs wouldn't give me an x-ray as they couldn't do anything anyway.

Told me to go back if I started coughing up blood!

So, if you cough up blood...
