Area of BCG injection swelling after 12 years (gory details)

I've noticed over the last few days the area where I had my BCG injections in 2002/2003 when I was 16 has started to swell and turn red, and today in the shower it burst like a spot and quite a bit of puss/blood came out. It's still leaking a bit now 30 minutes later.

I need to go to the docs next week for something else unrelated (just something minor) so obviously I'll mention it, just wondered if it's something anyone here has experienced.
