or the online places - glassesdirect etc.

Am shortsighted (-3.25) - looking for some fashion plastic frames with thinner lenses if poss and normal scratch/reflect coatings.

Also looking for cheap daily disposable lenses - used to use J&J dailies. Open to similar. Only want to buy small quantity as used occassionly for sport/cycling etc.

Have current prescription for both. Thx

For lenses I buy from contactlenses.co.uk and have done since 2007.

Great service and if you provide my customer number 95250 on your first order we get discount I believe.

For glasses I do buy from an independent DKL on here in fact, but I have friends who buy from the sister company of the above who do glasses and report good things.
