Bang on- this is what I'd use. By a blender from Argos (£15ish) and rolled oats form Asda/Tesco (about £0.60p/kg) for further savings.

The all in one powders often have a lot of sugar in, especially if they are specific "bulking" powders. If you want decent and clean carbs and protein then go for instant oats and whey isolate from the places recommended above. lso look at the ProteinCard for additional discounts

I make my own bulking shakes.

400ml whole milk
2 scoops of whey
75g oats
1 banana
1/2 cup blueberries
Creatine
35g peanut butter

Around 1100 calories
