Massage/Reflexology courses

I've been trying to find some massage/reflexology courses that I could do, nothing certified or professional just something to help the girlfriend relax with, but all I can find are the big year long college courses. Anyone have any idea if these exist at all?

Maybe see a masseuse and ask for tips and a few pointers?
Either that or buy the GF a few sessions with a pro - she'll enjoy that. Probably.
