Protein rolls - LIDL

Been getting these for a few weeks now, they are a high protein and fibre roll in the Lidl fresh baked section.
Well worth a try, if you like seeded rolls/bread you will love them!

protein - 32g
carbs - 25g
fiber - 15g
fat - 16g


37p and about 120g per roll

Genuine surprise. Googled it. I can see why, though - linseeds. Be careful you don't eat too many - I think linseeds can give you the runs. biggrin

I've come off these now. Just can't stand them.

I'm not a fan of whatever was in it anyway, I think it's a texture issue for me as well.

Not that I know of! The link below shows similar products but there vv expensive!

MyProtein sell high protein pasts and bread now as well I believe
