Power Rack recommendations

Evening Guys

Would appreciate any recommendations for a free standing durable power rack. Should be able to cope with relatively heavy weights in connection with bench press squat and deadlilift- safety pins a must as generally don't have a spotter. Would be used in spare room rather than a garage but floor to ceiling height is good.

I bought one of these:

The outside hangers were extra but well worth the money, gave me most of the compounds in one place. Squat, bench, military and pull ups are right there without having to change things around and you can add some dip bars as well.
I had a separate area for dead lifting and snatch but you're not going to get all that in one station anyway.

Very good quality and complete safety for lifting to failure.

I have a CF475 having had a similar rack to the CF430 linked above. I much prefer the swing in safeties as I trust them much more under weight and they are much faster to change heights. My space is a bit more limited than the above poster so I like that I can remove them completely to do deadlifts etc in the footprint of the rack.

That said the CF430 is higher quality steel so will cope with a higher max load.

If you have separate space to deadlift and won't be adjusting spotter height multiple times in a workout the 430 is a better steer, otherwise the 475 will be more suitable. Weight capacity of both should be massively higher than needed.
