Blended diets (gastro fed)

Anyone any experience of this? Fairly shortly I'm going to be asked to provide these. Thinking more about the mechanics of producing something suitable with minimal time. Any magic equipment other than a good blender and a sieve?

We're looking at the practicalities of producing them in "real time" in school kitchens.
