Just thought I'd share as it was a first for me today..
Got cramp in the back of my left leg, as cramp goes (normally in my calf) it was pretty painful, my daughter was open mouthed watching me roll around on the floor, however I then got it in my Abs, on the left side as well.
It was a first for that area and I've got to say it was bloody painful!
And it didn't prepare me for when it came back about five minutes later...
Anyone else ever got it in the abdominals?

Yes, awful when it seems to go on, and on, and on.
I had severe cramps as a side effect of blood pressure tablets so the Dr prescribed quinine sulphate tablets (sorry if I offend with the spelling of Sulphate - tough!). Helps a lot, and does reduce the ache afterwards. Often seems to be due to a muscle getting cold.
