Regular Push Ups, Good or Bad, Please Advise...
Discussion
As title says I'm wondering if incorporating push ups into my morning routine (e.g. shower, shave etc..) is worthwhile.
A mate reckons it's not really but I figure any kind of resistance training is good.
Now I should point out I can only do 10-15 so I'd basically drop for 30 seconds only.
Worthwhile or doing more harm than good?

Daily may be more than is necessary, but can't see much harm, if any. Helps keep chest and shoulders in good working order.
Most mornings I do a little yoga, stretching and push ups which I'm sure helps keep me moving in my old age. Especially helpful the morning after a weight training session.
