Giving a diet of chicken and veg a go at work for lunch over the next week or so but I do 10 hour days and the biggest hurdle is snacking... Any good suggestions for something carb free and healthy to snack on that is nice and easy to prepare/source?
Thanks

Nuts are pretty good- good fats, protein plus trace minerals. Cashews and pistachios are my nut of choice!
Or how about a tub of cottage cheese? Fage Greek youghart is also great.

Nuts could be good, might nip down to Holland and Barratt tomorrow lunch. Cottage cheese would also be an option, with some kind of celery or carrots I assume?

Aldi for bags of nuts, mixed or separate.

Crunchy Peanut butter on crackers (whichever variety you prefer) is another good idea.

I like fage yoghurt, with fresh fruit it's a winner. I also like arlo styr quark/yoghurt, it comes in flavours.

Low fat hummus is nice.

Home made hummus with some chopped carrots, peppers, celery, cherry tomatoes.
Also some fresh mixed fruit for a sweet natural sugar kick.

Cheers chaps. Picked up some nuts yesterday from Aldi and stuck to chicken and veg for lunch with a veggie omelette for dinner. Boiled eggs for breakfast this morning and then chicken and veg again today with a handful of nuts to keep the hunger pangs away!
