Healthy Morning / Afternoon Snack to meet Macro's?
Discussion
When I'm training I can create meals to meet my needs very easily, i.e.: I get up, have a protein shake, train first thing in the morning, then have another protein shake, some haribo, then a bowl of porridge with skimmed milk and blueberries. For lunches etc. I can have chicken, rice, broccoli etc.
The only thing I struggle with is snacks to take to work (office) and eat mid-morning and mid-afternoon!
I want something healthy that will provide me with a lean protein, healthy carb, and healthy fat combination all at once. People have suggested fruit - no protein; nuts - just fat, no carbs etc. I want something that offers all three macro's and I can tailor it to meet my requirements.
One thing I did consider was maybe some sort of homemade flapjack or something, but that sounds like a hassle to make, and is just more oats, which I have plenty of at breakfast anyway...
All suggestions welcome!

I have no idea what Macros are outside of Excel but I eat these mid morning before my swim at lunch or mid afternoon before running in the evening!
