So, took a knock to the knee playing footy. Lots of pain, played on, thought i'd run it off. Saw doc next day as still hurt a fair bit, they sent me for x-ray. Radiographer said no break but she'd check with doc and send results to my doc. Anyway, a week of chasing and i get this via email:

"AP and lateral views have been obtained of the left knee and left tibia and fibula.

I note the history of pain in the region of the fibula head. There is a break in the cortex of the fibular head both laterally and anteriorly. This lucency does not reach the posterior or medial cortex. This could represent the residual epiphysis although an undisplaced fracture cannot be excluded. If symptoms persist and MRI of the knee is recommended to assess further. No other significant bony abnormality is seen."

Can anyone translate, seeing as my doc is unreachable, and more importantly - what damage will I do going MTB'ing in Wales next weekend?!
