If you're a bro' who lifts, you'll know that wearable tech is pretty much useless. They're all about time and heartbeats.
Just seen this in a tech magazine and it sounds quite interesting.
Costs €100 (£77) and you wear it on your wrist, arm, ankle, wherever you're about to action a lift (the website seems quite keen to sell you two, so you don't have to move it!)
Apparently, as well as counting reps, it knows 900 movements, so when you tell the phone app what you're doing, it also scrutinises form and gives you corrective advice.
Anyone got one or know someone who has?
