I'm looking for an easy to follow meal plan to run alongside a callisthenics program. Can anyone recommend a good link or book? Ideally something with a shed load of recipes would be good - ideally with stuff easily obtainable and not all boring veggie omelette stuff!

Thanks

Big Al.

He mixes quick, nutritious recipes with HiiT stuff.

And he's also got a book of his recipes out

We've got the LeanIn15 too and it's pretty good to be honest.

The beetroot brownies sound like dog, but they're actually spot on.

The beef with cream and spinach is awesome but the overnight oats is awful lol!

I've made black bean brownies before and they were delicious.
