Joint pain whilst sneezing

So I've had this for a while but seems to be getting worse.
When I sneeze, especially in the shower, I end up aching through all of my joints immediately afterwards:
Shoulders, elbows, hips but even knees
I have no idea why this is triggered by sneezing (no pain at any other times) but is a little bit of a problem as seem to be allergic to 80% of shower gels & shampoos, a shower = sneezefest
I'm 26, am a little overweight but fairly active (18 st/6"1 with 45" chest and 36" waist) - bike riding, running, golf from time to time now but did far more sport when I was younger, work just gets in the way now.
Any ideas what causes this joint issue, especially why sneezing seems to trigger it
