Discussion
Last year I was told I have moderate copd as my fev1% score was 67%, I had another test last week and I scored 69% which according the numbers is still moderate.
now been booked in for a Pulmonary function tests tomorrow to find out the problem.
the strange thing is I am marathon training and ran 18 miles yesterday.

I don't think it's to be taken too seriously in isolation mate.
For example, I can do very high in FEV1 tests but I am not very fit at all. You need FVC and things like FEV1% to give you a better idea of pulmonary health.
I haven't done training on it in ages and to be honest wasn't paying attention, so can't comment beyond that though.
