Heat wrap required

Ideas pls, Does anyone know of any product (possibly sporty ?) like a heat wrap or large wheat bag/towel that can be heated up quickly and easily that stays hot/warm for a reasonable period of time needs to be big enough to wrap round a thigh and preferably able to be bought from a shop asap. Post the links if pos thanks.
