Sport and lack of patience/short temper
Discussion
I laid off the sport (gym and running) for a few months over the winter and concentrated more on playing music in my spare time. For the last few months though I've gone back to pushing myself physically.
What's annoying (and interesting) is that since then I seem to have less patience and my temper frays much more easily. Looking back it's not the first time there seems to be a link between these two.
Is it a testosterone thing for example maybe or am I just mental/deluded?

Strange one. Testosterone does play a part in mood, low T can cause depression and anxiety (something I am being investigated/treated for). Whilst exercise, particularly weight lifting can have an effect on T levels it seems to me (armchair expert) unlikely to have such an impact as to cause a huge mood swing.
Are throwing serious amounts of tin around? Might be worth backing off a bit and do some cardio or even yoga. Lifting big a lot could be spiking your cortisol levels:
