Its just a hunch, but i don't think dominos pizza and diets go hand in hand!

They've got the info on their website:

http://corporate.dominos.co.uk/nutritional-informa...

It's right there in the link on domino's website.

158 kCal per slice for large, 144kCal per medium slice.

10 slices in a large = 10 x 158 = 1,580 kCal.
8 slices in a medium = 8 x 144 = 1,152 kCal.

Well my mate swears blind that he loses weight having a protein drink for breakfast and dinner then a 1000 Cals tea, so I can just about sneak a medium dominoes in if I lose a slice, I'm dubious but going to try.

How much are you willing to risk your health? You could try a pizza a day for the next 30 days but you can't eat anything else.

A pizza plus 2 protein shakes per day is not a healthy diet in anyone's book! OK for an occasional treat, I guess.

You could try the protein pizzas from Musclefood, 750 calories for the whole thing, which is OK for my 2000 calories per day.

Well there are no trans fats in dominoes, so its just a lot of refined white flour and cheese, probably high salt as well, not so different from shop bought sandwiches. I wouldn't say protein drinks are especially 'unhealthy'.

True, I have 3-4 protein shakes per day (both casein and whey mixed in water), and one cooked meal. Never bread or sugar..
