'Once a day' sun cream - any good?
Discussion
We're going on hols shortly and looking to travel as light as possible.
2 weeks away for two pasty white people such as ourselves normally means several bottles of sun cream and quite a lot of weight in the hold baggage....
Never tried these once a day ones but thought they might be a good shout? Are they any good?
Alternatively I guess if you bought sun cream from an airport shop once you've gone through security then it can go in your hand luggage, but guess it'll be ridiculously overpriced!

Also meant to say - with in and out of pool/sea all day are they still effective with only one application?
Only if you air dry - imagine what a towel rubbing your skin will do to anything you've placed on your skin. More importantly though, they do keep you well protected while swimming (ie it doesn't wash off easily)

Or buy a Boots/Supermarket 2for1 before you go
Be careful with those 2 for 1 deals - this was in the paper today https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/1532030/shoppers-dup...pincher said:

Bit of a non story that. Hardly a new technique, is it?! Multi buys are often still more expensive than buying the same quantity at the shop where it's the absolute cheapest. I'm sure lots of Sainsburys BOGOFs on branded goods are still more expensive than buying 2 of the product at ASDA!
