Hope this is the right forum and that I'm not stepping on toes. 'Looking' into varifocal contact lenses as a change from specs and wondered if there were any users who could help me avoid any pitfalls. I used single vision dailys a long time ago so was used to the finger-in-the-eye aversion and got on very well with them. Does anyone have experience of the varifocal type? Do they work like specs do, are they effective, are there any problems to avoid? Lifestyle is mainly sedentary (embarrassingly elderly) with lots of reading and TV and driving for pleasure. Thanks.

It can vary so much person to person and their lifestyle best option is to try and get a months trial

Ive been wearing contacts for 15 years, not varifocal ones though
