Smartphone app for tracking weight training progress
Discussion
I've decided now on a routine that works for me, but I need something to help record my progress. At the moment, I'm just using a note in the Google Keep app, but this is a bit clunky IMO so I was just wondering if anyone here used a smartphone app to keep track of their progress, something that will allow me to enter my exercises, and then record what weight and reps I'm doing.
Thanks

I tried a range of apps a year back; didn't find a single app that allowed me sufficient flexibility (notes to state that the sled pull was being done with my partner sat on top of the 50kg of weights on there, etc.), comments on HR after each set, perceived effort, etc.
Went old fashioned, pencil and paper. Little black book with a rubber bands to hold closed and keep the curent page marked. Works perfectly. Not susceptible to power problems, almost infinitely flexible.

Fair enough, I do see a lot of people doing that... but as I always have my phone it seems logical to use that. I did wonder about the stronglifts app since that's more or less what I am doing, but I am not doing it exactly the same so like you say it wouldn't allow for any flexibility.
I've just installed this one Progression
