Tennis Elbow/Tendonitis Relief - Finally A Success!
Discussion
Over the last three years I've tried everything, physio, cortisone injections, exercise, cold, hot (bad), painkillers, etc, etc.
Due to a thread on here I saw this stupid looking Theraband thing and a Youtube twisting exercise. Nothing to lose, I bought this big rubber-truncheon like thing and with a sinking heart I tried it.

k me! Relief. True relief at last! Not total yet, but I'll stick with it.
Anyway, comes in colours for strength requirements and I went for blue - hardest. Maybe a little over the top.
Anyway, thought it worth mentioning...

Links would be good if you have them.
I've got golfers elbow at the moment (never had it before). Have a few more games until things quieten down for the winter so will see if rest helps it go away but otherwise will be looking at a bit of physio.

I bought blue, but that is very tough. Depends on your strength/build. Cheap for at least trying.
Been fantastic for me!
