Any help getting rid of this?
I wake up in the morning so sore it's hard work just to even walk till it loosens off frown

Ice is your friend...raise and ice for 10 minutes each, repeat every 20 minutes.

Stretch - Stand on a step on your tip toes, with the heel over the step below.

Stand on both your tip toes for 3 seconds, then drop the heel below the step for 3 seconds (this will feel good). Repeat 20 times minimum or as much as you can at the beginning. As strength builds up increase the number of x20 reps to a maximum of 5 (enjoy).

As you age, tendons toughen up and need a bit of TLC.

and a foam roller. (do this before stretching them as just stretching on it's own can have little effect)

I had bespoke insoles made. Makes a big difference although still struggle with it. The stretching on a step works too as per the previous post. Anti inflammatories when it gets really bad.

See a sports Physio or Chiropractor. There are lots of things that can help like massage and ultrasound. They will also advise you on the best exercises etc.
