I've recently changed desks at work & almost immediately started getting pain in my back. I had an assessment that identified that I need a lower desk or a higher seat and a footrest.

Lower desk was ruled out, so I was given a footrest. However it is too high and caused troubles with my knees. I only need one about 50mm tall, but most seem to be higher than that. Can anyone recommend a foot rest that can be adjusted suitably low?

Had a bit of a Google - posturite TriRite seems to be almost the only one that does go as low as 50 mm. Otherwise - chunk of 45/48 mm hardwood with some nonslip glued on the top?

Thanks, I did find that after a more thorough search.
