Not specifically. Treat the symptoms with the lemsips and ibuprofen, maybe up your vitamin C intake as it might help your immune system.

Colds are caused by a plethora of viruses, and you need to let it run it's course. I had one for 6 weeks a few years ago, which isn't much fun.
