Hurt my arm climbing, think it might be a torn bicep tendon. No pain but a few crunch sounds from around the shoulder. Finished the climb but something not right and bicep in spasm when trying to straighten my arm. Loosened off a bit in a hot bath, bicep tense when straightening and sitting up higher when tensed. Feels like it is tensed most of the time but not painful. Leave it for a few days or get in to see a doctor?

Go see a doctor.

I detached my left biceps. Never bothered to get it reattached.

Arm not working at all today (no power, hard to straighten and can't lift past 30 deg) so easy answer, booked in tonight then probably a Bupa specialist for MRI and reattachment if he agrees it is a long head bicep tendon I've torn.
