Physiotherapy

I'm in training for the marathon and as I have no luck my leg has decided to play up a few weeks before.

Will have to rest it and stretch. But think it would be best to see a phyiso.

How the hell do you find a good one ? As will need to find one near Andover, Hampshire or Chipping norton, Oxfordshire.

I have looked on the chartered society of physiotherapy website but just gives lists and lists of people.

Is there someware better to look for them ?

Ask at a local athletics club for the name of one of the physios they use. I used the one from my rugby club and they were excellent. Not the cheapest though, but well worth the extra.

A lot of GPs offer access to self-referral NHS physio, though there may be a waiting list of a few weeks. Why not ask?
