I've suffered with these since I was 12 years old. I'm now 46.
Back in the early 80's, no-one knew what they were and I endured years of occasional prescription migraine medication, Nurofen and other suggested remedies. All of them massively ineffective when attacks happened.
I eventually settled on low-key remedies that worked for me, albeit ones that couldn't prevent attacks but at least helped soften them if I timed things correctly.
It's good to know these headaches are getting the recognition and research due to them.
Watching that video earlier today was the first time I have ever seen someone else suffer from them and all horribly identical to my own experiences.
