What is the fastest you have ever run/walked?

For me over 100m 19 seconds

30 miles in 7hrs 30mins, on fire that day! I did 89 miles in 29 hrs once, god that hurt

100m in 13.1 aged 15. Not that quick, but not slow either. Never won 100m at school, but was always around top 3 or 4.

Mile and a half in just under ten minutes when considering joining the army.

Now I couldn't run half a mile without stopping ha.

55 miles in 10 hours, but that was 35 years ago, it would take me the best part of a week nowadays.

10 miles in 75 minutes. I was on for a cracking half marathon time but at mile 11 hit a dead end going uphill. Last two miles took 10 minutes each.
Given up running now.

Jumped off the back of a bus at full speed when I was young and stupid, my legs couldn't keep up, I've still got the scars.
