I've been scraping my mouth recently and noticed a few small spots on my tongue. I didn't think much of it.

Now there are so many I can not even scrape the back of my mouth as they are clumped together, bleeding when you try to scrape the white film off them, and a red oval has formed on the tongue.

It's causing me bad breath and comstant dehydration.. I really want to know.

Could possibly be a yeast infection. Best get a docs appointment to get rid of it, after 30 days it's probably not going to go on it's own.

Overnight it seemed to have mostly disappeared! It seems to have gone down quite a bit and I seemed to have scraped off some of the spots by accident (judging that I am now spitting out a few)
Still going to get some help.

I have checked out canker sores and examined my own tongue.
It seems I have mostly lie bumps and a few canker sores, maybe a bit of thrush too.

At risk of mouth cancer !!!!

I get no pain just a feeling that I have constant spit, and sometimes a feeling of bad breath and dry mouth.

I have lie bumps dotted around my mouth that have gone down, some thrush at the back sides of mouth, the red ring has now faded and the spots have gone down. I mostly only have dotted white bits at the back of my mouth.
