Smart watch with fall detection etc

Hi,
My father comes out of hospital very shortly after a fall. For additional peace of mind I'm looking to see if I can find a presentable but inexpensive (c £100-200) smartwatch ideally with WiFi or 3G that can provide fall detection. Ideally it will have inductive charging.
Ideally it would be Android etc so we can add code to it ourselves for things like home automation.
Alternatively if there's anything simpler with a longer battery life better still.
Any suggestions please would be welcome.
