The worst nutritional values 
Yesterday at the gym they made me the wrong post workout shake. Being a polite chap I drank it anyway. Big mistake.
It was the nicest (sweetest) chocolate protein drink I've ever had. CNP Pro Recover in skimmed milk for anyone that's interested. Anyway I looked up the nutritional content earlier. A mere 43g of sugar makes up the 46g of carbs it contains in a single serving

You had a recovery drink, they have carbs in sweet delicious carbs. Protein shakes are protein shakes.
