Stiffness above knee

Hi All,

I've noticed recently that the muscle immediately above my left knee is tense. It feels clammed up. Not painful, just a different sensation. A bit of a concern as I have a history of knee issues.

Thinking that resting my other leg on this leg and knee has caused some temporary pain in the knee and this may be related.


What would this be? Tendonitis quadriceps?
