So, I'm 32 work at a desk all day and do weights 3/4 times a week, quite an experienced lifter but I'm so inflexible it's untrue. My lower back and hamstrings along with groins seem to be the main issues. Can anyone suggest a beginers stretching routine? I also have a phone roller which I intend to use 3/4 times a week.

I suggest you learn to stretch yourself and consider buying a proper foam spellchecker, the phone ones are pants.

I do Pilates worth considering as I feel much better even if you done a few classes you will learn plenty to do at home.

I've never done it myself, but I know a few who have tried yoga and said it worked wonders in terms of flexibility. They also said it was really hard to start with !!

I took it up a couple of years ago, really improves flexibility and balance, although I'd stick to the classes theres always something new to work on, and correct technique is very important

Im looking for similar. I might give pilates a try but that involves me actually pulling my finger out and finding one, then turning up, then sticking toi the plan!
I see loads of stuff on Facebook from different Fitness companies, they all look good but my bodies as stiff as a board and i guess ist the first bit thats the toughest.

if you have any joy, do provide feedback
