A month or so ago I sat down on a train seat which was slightly damp. It had been vacated by a lady who decided to stand up - as it was the only seat on the morning commute to Waterloo I went for it. With hindsight I wish I hadn't as I have suffered from the ailment as described in the title. I'm not sure if the seat was damp before she sat down, or she p1ssed herself. I didn't sample and sniff. Aloe Vera / Vaseline cream seems to sooth and stop the itching, but whenever it gets warmer down below or the cream dries out then it starts itching again. I don't really want to visit the GP hence looking here for advice (and probably some piss take) ..

You really should a) stop sitting on pissed on train seats and b) go and visit your GP. If you really can't face getting the twig and berries out then it sounds like it might be jock itch. A really itchy knacker sack that wont stop itching? If so you need Daktarin gold, same stuff as for athletes foot. You will need two tubes of it. It takes a f
king age to clear up, at least a week to get it under control, couple more days to completely clear and then you need to keep putting it on for a couple of days. If that doesn't work then go the GP before it all falls off.Scabutz said:

Still confused as to why you opted to sit in the wet patch, I would definitely have stayed standing.
It wasn't visibly damp and I had a thick pair of chinos on. Only a few minutes in did I notice my trousers and pants were a little moist. Sure, if a sheep'ish looking lady ever relinquishes a seat on a packed train i'll remember how f**g itchy my niagaras were and not sit down next time ...
