Don’t drink drinks containing caffeine wink

You could try sumatriptan, taken as soon as you get the symptoms, but expensive without a prescription.

Sounds like you mean hypersensitive, not hyposensitive.

Sounds like you've worked out your migraine trigger and can avoid it. Better to avoid triggers than take regular prophylaxis. Not much more to add.

It's probably not for everyone, but I got a part of my ear pierced (daith, look it up) and I've not had a migraine since. I had six in the fortnight running up to the piercing.

I await the usual scepticism, name calling and bks, but all I can communicate is my experience. For me, it's a total and complete cure.

My triggers were stress, dehydration and tiredness. My stress levels haven't dropped significantly, I'm still not sleeping and I can let my hydration slip.

Currently, I'm working on 4 hours sleep, in a new hospital with no water dispensers that are deemed safe to use, receiving several millions pounds worth of new equipment. Six months ago, this would have been migraine-city. Today, nothing.
