anti-glare glasses worthit?

I normally don't wear glasses.
Though with a new job i find myself wearing them more often. they're just the cheapest pair you can buy at my local opticians. purely funcitonal.
the only time i wear my glasses are..
- at my job: i'm sat looking at two monitors, in a building with lots of florescnet lighting high up.
- at home gaming on my tv.
ive been doing just fine with them, no eye strain or anything. cant help but wonder how much more useful the anti-glare coating would be. I do notice in areas that have many light sources it might reflect around the edges of my lens. i suppose anti-glare would get rid of this?
