Clicking elbows
Discussion
Ive self diagnosed myself as having snapping triceps syndrome and i am so fed up of it.
Basically any push movement, chest press, bench press, shoulder press, most tricep extensions and push downs causes my medial elbow to click on my dominant arm.
I dont think the ulnar never is the culprit as im not as the stage of having tingling in fingers when it snaps, it appears to be a tendon getting caught on the bone as i flex and extend my arm, some positions it really snaps and makes a noise everyone can hear.
My tricep on that side is smaller than the other side, would increase the tricep muscle size help do you think?

Nothing much to add, but I also get this.
No pain, but a very loud 'snap' when my elbows get past 45 degrees when opening my arms out. I can also force it to happen if I tense my arms up while extending. It's happened for years and not getting any better or worse so i've just left it.
I does get some attention in the office when I get up, or stretch and the sound of 'click click' echos throughout the room.
