Anyone else been diagnosed with this?

My job may be a part of the problem but can’t do much about that at the moment...

Had the problem 3 years and only just managed to get an ENT appointment. Been taking beconase and now the ENT Dr has prescribed something else but to be honest I don’t want to be shoving steroids up my nose forever!

Has anyone got any tips to help this annoying problem?

I have the same thing. I used Beconase for a short period but now carry out saline nasal douches using Sterimar because, as you say, you don't want to use steroids more than necessary.

TBH I'm just hoping it will just go away. I've thought about having allergy tests but want to see if it will just go away.

Yup and been taking a steroid nose spray every day since 2008. Try to limit it to 1 spray in each nostril per day during the winter and 2 in each in the warmer months.

Life would be utterly miserable if I stopped it, though my sense of smell is now about 10% of what it should be.
