My foot hurts

I've had no end of problems with my right foot with plantar fascitis etc. which after months/years of exercise/strange collars etc. has now been resolved.
Now my left foot has started playing up with a strong pain/ache across the top of the foot. It feels like it might be arthiritis, but unsure.
Any clues to make the pain go away?

See your GP for some naproxen or diclofenac. You could also ask about capsaicin cream to rub on.

If it's a bit of midfoot OA the above should settle it down.
